TRAINING TRANSFER

The learning shouldn’t end when your training session is over. In fact, the actual training event is only the beginning of an ongoing process toward changed behavior and improved performance. A follow-up plan for training transfer is fundamental to ensure that your development initiatives are supported, reinforced, practiced and applied in the workplace. It will guarantee that you get the greatest value and return on your investment in training.

Live It!™ is a series of assessment and learning retention solutions that will encourage participants to build on the learning and achieve greater success. Each of the solutions may be tailored to meet your unique requirements and to complement Eagle’s Flight’s range of training and development programs. Your Live It!™ plan can be custom developed to support any training content.

We’ll consider your learning objectives and organizational structure and environment, then help you design the strategy that is best suited to your training content and your group’s needs. Individually, any of these solutions will enable the participants to more fully understand and apply the content from the training. A Manager’s Tool Kit complete with tips, examples and tools to ensure ongoing application of the learning.

A series of knowledge transfer and/or behavior change assessments providing the baseline for a development plan and
a benchmark for change. Several options are available for customization and delivery, including online and paper-based assessments.

OPEN it! ™
A tailored email campaign intended to keep the training message top of mind and to reinforce the positive outcomes of the desired behavior change.

SEE it! ™
Visual reminders – posters, coasters, stationary and other useful, quality merchandise is available for many Eagle’s Flight programs and can be tailored for any message.

HEAR it! ™
Re-live the fun and learning from your Eagle’s Flight session long afterward, in your car, on your desktop and even on your iPod! Key learning points are reinforced through fun, topical audio CDs or downloads. These may be tailored to your company.


COMMUNICATE it! ™
Our internal Public Relations specialist will find ways to reinforce key behavioral and mindset changes throughout your organization, using existing vehicles and through written, verbal and visual communications.

 

MEASURE it! ™
Barriers and Levers: This assessment, which can be delivered using focus groups, interviews and/or online or paper-based surveys, will identify factors in the work environment that will either support or inhibit the transfer of training into sustainable, positive behavior change.
Learning Impact Scorecard: The Learning Impact Scorecard is custom designed to identify and assess the lead indicators that make an impact on target business results. Key results are correlated with desired behaviors.
